Great value for money, especially during the Christmas period. • The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation.• The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The free beach was quite far from the hotel, requiring a 30-minute journey. The payable beach, however, was conveniently close.

Nice garden with small pool and buffet breakfast in the middle of Kaleici. The hotel fetched us at the airport and drove us back to the airport for 20 Euros each way.
fewer possibilities in the room ( no TV, no fridge) than in cheaper hotels same place.

This hotel is located in the beautiful old town area, just a short walk from the waterfront. The rooms are basic but come with all the necessary furnishings, including comfortable beds and a working AC. The staff are friendly and helpful, with some even speaking multiple languages. The breakfast served at this hotel offers amazing views.
Everything was great, no complaints.

in the room no refrigirator,no television, almost no comfort,dogs are barking the whole night ,if you take breakfast between 7 and 8 you get every day old bread from the day before,staff is not realy motivated .only the owner is very friendly and try to satisfy everybody

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is part of a family business that encompasses a restaurant, a cornershop, and a tapestry shop. Therefore they can offer a wide range of services, including transfer from/to the airport, car hire, etc.
Laundry is done overnight. The washing machines can be heard from the first floor room. The hot water is generated by heating from the sun, so, at busy times, the hot water runs out mid-morning.

The garden is lovely and shaded. The proximity to dining, shopping and the harbor was good.
It is in a noisy part of town. The room was not sanitary. The hotel does not honor the type of room reserved.

The garden and swimming pool are good when the weather is hot. The food was ok. The staff friendly.
The room we stayed in was large but rather damp. The ventilation could be improved of the bath room.
